Here is what I'm thinking about the my letterhead, envelopes and biz cards. I really like the simplistic approach... when making this piece to post online I found this gold background and that it complemented my pieces well so I'm thinking about incorporating pops of gold in places like my website and down the road (when I'm a wealthy designer ;-) ) I would like to add gold foiling detail to my business cards but I'm trying to think of inexpensive ways to pull it all together.

I love it! I think it speaks to you as a designer really well, it portrays your personalty. I think the gold background is perfect for these, the only thing I would suggest would be to control the shine on the gold a tad, I feel like it is very bright behind your letterhead. I love the way your logo came out, very modern and contemporary. Also love the vertical business card, I am thinking of doing a vertical one myself too!
ReplyDeleteNice, memorable, and represents you well I think.
ReplyDeleteOne question: usually a domain name and the email address are linked... like:
AnabelArts.com and Amanda@AnabelArts.com
(I'm capitalizing it to see if you think it's more readable... these days servers don't seem to be case sensitive, so you could capitalize if you want) - maybe, check to make sure if this is something you are interested in doing.
So, why is it a yahoo email? And... if for some reason this makes sense to you (and it might) - I think that the yahoo name should be exactly the same as your domain name... and it isn't.
So, maybe now is the time to work that out, and not sometime down the road after you have printed your business cards?
i really like where you went with your logo with the letter head i would play with the placement of the logo maybe check to see how it would look to the left. but i really like how this looks. great job
