  1. I love the color palate for this! Very warm and neutral feel. My suggestions would be to try to incorporate the "slices" you have on all the pages on the front and back page. I know they are coming from your logo but I feel as if they would be more connected if the slices were on the front and back page as well, even if its just subtle. I would also be careful of how the photos are cut in the slices, there are a few instances where peoples faces and heads are cut off just a tad too much, that's just my opinion. Great work though!

  2. Jose, now that I am seeing these pages as they appear in this blog, I realize that you are missing an opportunity to establish some rhythm between your spreads. The blue horizontal band that moves across the gutter on pages 2/3 and 4/5 is an opportunity to offer additional content to the reader, as well as begin a rhythmic element that could/should move through all the pages (including 6/7).

Please consider finding quotes by William McDonough that could sit in these bars... and make sure that the bars are exactly in the same position. Do what you can with 6/7 to pull that bar into this rhythm too.

The suggestion to incorporate an angled shape (or slice as Colleen called them) onto the back cover could be considered when rethinking the position/style/size of the words "Eliminate the Concept of Waste"... this element is seriously out of character with the rest of the design and sits awkwardly in this area... so please rethink it.

    Nice project.
