Project 2

Hello  everyone i am so sorry for not attending class this week i had a personal issue that had to take care off, but i am still working on project one the BTC Ad in which i will bring in next week. I was wondering if you guys could give me quick critique on project two which i will be working on this week and hopefully bring in as well. This project is a design of direct mail piece that will help the people to know more about Muse and the product that Muse provides. Muse is not a real paper company, but muse stands for each of the nine goddesses of Greek and Roman mythology that preside over the art and science. The target audience are many small printing shops and local small business and also the regular home consumer that are in need of paper product. If you did not see this project when i brought it in 2 week this is a tri fold inside a tri fold.

Thank you looking forward on reading you comments.

I also sorry it look small is a big project i had to fit in one page

  1. I really enjoy the color palate, is the page color a registration black or is it a dark brown? With the photos being that sepia kind of tone, I think a deep deep brown may work very well in combining the color palate? I think the images and the text boxes work very well in keeping the piece clean and clear.

  2. The color is black, i think because is online make it brown, but i will try brown, to see if ties it up with the images

  3. Jose - Overall, the design seems to have a great strong rhythmic movement from page to page. I wonder if you would consider using a duotone color for your images... black and blue... or black and brown. I think you have addressed the muted/dull colors in your original really well with this high contrast approach - nice.

Please print this as soon as it's done and trim/fold it so we can see how the page-to-page design works.

    Nice rework so far.
